Yes — in Dubai, we offer at-home fittings for AED 50 . Our team will bring selected styles to you for a private try-on session before purchase. To book a fitting , just drop us a message on Instagram — we’ll take it from there 💌

Q: Do you ship globally?

Yes, we ship to most countries via DHL Express (2–4 days). Shipping fee is AED 170 . Tracking is provided.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

UAE: Delivered in 1–2 days (same-day available in Dubai) Other countries: 2–4 days via DHL Express

🛑 CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing info@kydiswim.com during working hours.

If the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll reverse the payment authorization or issue a refund. Please note, refund timing depends on your bank’s processing time, which is beyond our control.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
