At KYDISWIM we take extreme measures to ensure that each and every product is carefully inspected before we send it out to our customers.
KYDISWIM has a very strict return and refund policy. Please choose your items carefully and get in touch if you are not sure.

We do not offer any refunds. However, if you decide to cancel your order before dispatch send us an email at info@kydiswim.com. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
